Dave Eliot - Guitar



Dave is originally from St. Louis, where, at an early age he soaked up a bunch of that town's special brand of blues.
Off to San Francisco ('nuff said...) and S. Cal, where he was bitten by the surf bug. Think Danny Gatton meets James Burton, meets The Ventures.
Our latest member, Dave lengthens the list of killer guitar players in The White Saddle Band.

 

 
Rich Nelson - Vocals, Bass, Guitar

Rich inherited the band in 1985 and has been responsible for it's care and feeding ever since, going from acoustic guitar and harmony vocals
to bass and harmony vocals to bass and lead vocals. As the song goes, "what a long strange trip it's been" and it's far, far from over....

 

 
Derek Crawford - Drums, Vocals, Percussion 

The great state of Michigan has given us Motown Records, the V-8 engine and a kick ass drummer in Derek Crawford.
His rock solid, on the money playing keeps us all honest and his great harmony vocals help carry on The White Saddle Band tradition.

Everyone that knows him has a "Les Story" and when you've heard a few, you realize that a lot of people respect the time, effort, energy and talent he brings to TWSB. And ALL agree, he's one of the finest pedal steel players to ever come down the pike. Period.
