Rich inherited the band in 1985 and has been responsible for it's care and feeding ever since, going from acoustic guitar and harmony vocals to bass and harmony vocals to bass and lead vocals. As the song goes, "what a long strange trip it's been" and it's far from over....

Dave Swanson - Drums, Vocals, Percussion
  
Dave has been keepin' the beat for TWSB for quite awhile. You'll hear his great harmony vocals on nearly every song and every now and then a lead vocal too. Dave's one of the reasons TWSB enjoys continued success.

Les Urban - Pedal Steel Guitar, Guitar Synth, Guitar, Vocals


Everyone that knows him has a "Les Story" and when you've heard a few, you realize that a lot of people respect the time, effort, energy and talent he brings to TWSB. And ALL agree, he's one of the finest pedal steel players to ever come down the pike. Period.
